3. In handloom, handwoven garments thread pulling, thread missing, weaving holes, knots, yarn spinning defects, small dye stains are common and not considered as defect or damage. Remember, handloom is a manual process and some irregularities and variations will be there. In fact, these imperfections adds to  the value of hard workmanship of weavers.

4. Only major damages like cut. rip or torn with clear video taken while opening the package/parcel without pause only will be considered. Read our policies in the footer.
